Oruj Ismayilov is an independent researcher working at the intersection of Qur’anic studies, metaphysics, philosophy of science, and questions concerning consciousness and the intelligibility of reality.
Research Approach
My research takes the Qur’an as its primary textual source while engaging critically with classical Islamic scholarship and contemporary discussions in philosophy, science, and the study of religion. Particular attention is given to Qur’anic semantic structures, conceptual relationships, and the interpretation of the Qur’an through the Qur’an.
